About this design

The restroom in Guwahati is designed to be welcoming and functional with bright colors, a curved roof, and tropical plants to create a positive, comfortable space for everyone. Benches encourage social interaction, making it more than just a bathroom. Located under a overpass, the curved roof contrasts with the harsh lines of the overpass, making the design both appealing and functional. Tropical landscaping helps the restroom blend with its environment. Perforated metal sheets allow natural light and airflow, minimizing the need for artificial lighting. At night, soft lighting adds safety while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Weather-resistant materials ensure the restroom is low-maintenance and functional year-round.
