The layout promotes a garden-like experience, enhancing openness and tranquility. Key features include skylights for natural light, rainwater harvesting for sustainability, and clear signage for easy navigation. Separate circulation paths ensure smooth access for all, with PWD- and gender-friendly toilets. A vernacular roof made of Mangalore tiles adds a traditional touch, blending with the local context. The design aims to provide a functional, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing environment for both vendors and visitors.
